Community Service

SummitPoint Management is proud to support the American Lung Association of Washington's annual Climb for Clean Air. In addition to being a corporate sponsor, SummitPoint’s Michael Sarlitto will be participating in the event and will climb the second highest peak in the continental United States, Mount Rainier, to raise money for the prevention of lung diseases such as asthma, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, lung cancer, tuberculosis, and cystic fibrosis.

The mission of the American Lung Association is to assure lung health for the American people through research, education, community service, and advocacy.  Its goals include reducing tobacco use, especially among young people; preventing and controlling air pollution; and funding education and research to make life more comfortable for people with asthma or other lung disease.
